What is ARLES capacity?
We can hold 120 guests standing-room and 100 guest seating-style.
How many hours are included in my rental fee?
You will have two hours for set up and break down and three hours for the actual event. Your event includes 5 hours in total (6 hours total if you booked the Luxury Package). If more time is needed for the event, you can book additional hours at $100 (per hour).
How much is my deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit fee is required to reserve the space with the final balance due 30 days before the event.
PAYMENTS TO RESERVE THE SPACE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Is an incidental deposit fee required?
Yes, a $250 refundable incidental fee is required to gain entry into the venue on the day of the event. The incidental fee covers any damage, breach of contract and overtime charges. It is due 48 hours before the event. Rates are subject to change.
What is required to rent your venue?
- A signed contract.
- Paid the 50% deposit fee to secure your date. Pay remaining balance 30 days prior to the event.
- A $250 refundable incidental security deposit.
Are there payment plan options?
Yes, we are happy to set up a monthly payment plan.

What are the rentable hours?
Our available hours are from 10am to 12am, Saturday and Sunday. 5pm to 12am Thursday and Friday. If you need to reserve the space for other weekdays please do not hesitate to ask and we will try our best to accommodate you.
What time must my event end?
All events must end no later than 12am, when the venue closes.
Are there any catering options available?
We do not provide any catering services however you are more than welcome to use a third party caterer. All food preparation must be done outside of the facility.
Is there parking available?
Yes there is ample parking available to our guests. We have access to two parking lots.
Are there any alcohol restrictions?
If you plan to sell and serve alcohol, you must hire a licensed bartender/ caterer WITH APPROVAL. The third party must be licensed and you must purchase liquor liability insurance for the day of the event.
If you plan to consume alcohol of any kind at your event, there will be a fee of $100 added to your booking (whether it's being sold or just consumed).
How far in advance can I book the venue for my event?
You can book up to a year in advance (not applicable to weddings). However, you are required to set up a monthly payment plan if your event is booked 6 months (or more) prior to the scheduled event.
Are we 4/20 friendly?
We do not allow smoking of any kind in the venue. If you or your guests do not follow our no-smoking policy, your $250 incidental fee will be forfeit.
